1. Booking & Payments

• Booking will be confirmed only after minimum 25–50% advance payment.
• 100% payment must be completed before departure date.
• Prices may vary due to airfare, hotel availability & seasonal changes.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation within 30–15 days before travel – 25% charges apply.
• Cancellation within 14–7 days – 50% charges apply.
• Cancellation within 7 days / no show – 100% non-refundable.
• Refunds take 4–7 working days after approval.

3. Travel Documents & Visa

Guests are responsible for passports, valid visas & immigration clearance. Visa approvals depend on embassy rules.

4. Hotel & Transport Policies

• Hotel rooms are subject to availability and may be changed with equal or higher category.
• Check-in & check-out as per hotel standard policy.
• Vehicle usage is point-to-point and limited to itinerary timing.

5. Responsibilities & Liabilities

KPM Global Holidays is not responsible for weather issues, strikes, flight delays, medical emergencies or natural disturbances.
